ORDERS PLACED DURING MARCH BREAK WILL BE FILLED ONCE SCHOOL RESUMES ON MARCH 24
When your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is ready you will receive an email stating that your order is “ready to be picked up.”
Please follow these pick-up procedures:
During the school year the GA School Store will be open for all middle and upper school students. Students can come in to the store to shop and can also pick up online orders in the school store or with Mrs. Franco at the front desk. Students can also make exchanges or returns in the store.
Parents of Lower School students and anyone preferring to pick up your order please follow these pick-up procedures:
Please come into RWC to pick up your order. You may check in with Martha Franco at the front desk and have her retrieve your order, or come into the school store to pick up your order directly.
Pick-up Days & Times:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30-11:30 AM and 1:00-3:00 PM
Wednesday, 9:30-11:30 AM and 1:00-3:00 PM
Friday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Please note that clothing items may only be returned if unworn and if they have all tags. Returns may be made within 30 days of placing your order. Some items such as face coverings cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read the warranty information carefully when ordering. If you need to make an exchange or return please use the "contact us" link on the website or contact the school store directly at schoolstore@greenwichacademy.org or 203.552.4443.
“Shipping info” will still need to be filled out on the order form. You can use this as your billing address and click “billing address is same as shipping.” Do not put GA’s address in this area.
